Deja-voodoo is pleased to offer gift certificates in any
denomination.

You can chose the option of a printable certificate, or a certificate can be mailed. Neither is required as the only information needed to redeem a gift certificate is the number*.

There is no charge for shipping of gift certificates and they may be
shipped to you or sent directly to your recipient.

Each gift certificate is uniquely numbered, and can be redeemed online using
this certificate number: the gift certificate does not have to be returned to Deja-voodoo.

      • Gift certificates can be sent to you unsealed, so that you may fill them out personally to your recipient.
      • If you would like the gift certificate sent directly to your recipient, please include this information on the form below:

There is no charge for shipping your gift certificates.
Gift Certificates will be sent by first class mail. If you need the gift
certificate to be shipped by Priority or Express Mail, please note that in
the comments section. Charges for these shipping methods will apply.
Gift Certificates may be purchased by personal check
(drawn on a U.S. bank), money order in US Dollars, Postal money order, or

Redemption Information


These gift certificates do not expire and are redeemable upon approval prior to purchase.

Your recipient will be sent an invoice by email with the
credit for the amount of your gift certificate and the balance due.

Gift Certificates may be used for both merchandise and
shipping charges.
