OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
- To purchase jewels from Deja-voodoo, click
on the under lined e-mail
link, and write us, quoting the number of the item in which you
are interested. We will confirm that it has not been sold as all
items on this site are subject to prior sale. We update our pages
frequently to indicate sold items. If two buyers request the same
item(s) we will honor the earliest e-mail. We will hold your purchase
for 10 days pending receipt of your check or money order. With credit
card, we ship items (Monday-Saturday) within 24 hours of payment.
All items will be shipped by first class U.S. Mail and insured.
We charge minimal shipping fees to cover actual cost and insurance
cost. California residents please add 8% sales tax or provide resale
number. Payment may be made by check, money order, or online with
Visa or Mastercard using PayPal. You must register with PayPal in
order to use their service. With credit card and money orders, we
ship items (Monday-Saturday) within 24 hours of payment. Checks
may be held till cleared.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Your orders will be shipped in most cases
via global priority or APP (air parcel post). We can accept VISA
and MASTERCARD through Paypal, International Money Order in US funds,
or checks written on a US bank account.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
- Deja-voodoo wants only happy and satisfied
customers, and encourages you to request any additional item information
before ordering. The items you see on our site are in excellent
condition, unless otherwise noted. We try to describe in as much
detail as possible, but if you have any questions, or need additional
pictures, please feel free to email us at any time. If that rare
occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact
us for return instructions within three days (by phone or email)
of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the
returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned
in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you, excluding
any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. We
will not accept any return that is not authorized by Deja-voodoo
first. We cannot accept returns of items damaged after your receipt,
either by breakage, loss of stones or other parts, by application
of testing acids or attempts to clean them using improper methods.
Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days
of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. Your
refund or credit will be issued upon the receipt of the item in
the same condition as it was shipped to you. Items for return must
be properly packed, shipped and insured. Refund or credit will be
for the cost of the item excluding shipping charges plus a 10% restocking
fee.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY:
- We take extra precautions to pack our orders
to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order
does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents
and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office
to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us
for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items
back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we
will not be able to give you a refund.
