OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
- There are two options to make your purchase from Deja-voodoo.
1. Click on the Paypal button under each listing. It will take you to a Paypal page which already has the first class shipping and insurance amount for anywhere within the United States and Canada. For overseas shipping, please e-mail us for a quote on shipping.
2. Click
on the under lined e-mail
link, and write us, quoting the number of the item in which
you
are interested. We will confirm that it has not been sold as
all
items on this site are subject to prior sale. We update our
pages
frequently to indicate sold items. If two buyers request the
same
item(s) we will honor the earliest e-mail.
** PLEASE NOTE **
If you purchase an item and somebody else has just bought it and we have not gotten the sold sign up yet we will completely refund your money plus give you a 10% discount on the next item you buy from us.
All items within the US will be shipped within two days by first class mail. We charge minimal shipping fees to cover actual cost and
insurance
cost. California residents please add 9.5% sales tax or
provide resale
number. Payment may be made by check, money order, or online
with
Visa or Mastercard using PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INFORMATION:
- Your orders will be shipped in most
cases
via global priority or APP (air parcel post). We can accept
VISA
and MASTERCARD through Paypal, International Money Order in US
funds,
or checks written on a US bank account.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
- Deja-voodoo wants only happy and
satisfied
customers, and encourages you to request any additional item
information
before ordering. The items you see on our site are in
excellent
condition, unless otherwise noted. We try to describe in as
much
detail as possible, but if you have any questions, or need
additional
pictures, please feel free to email us at any time. If that
rare
occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please
contact
us for return instructions within three days (by phone or
email)
of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of
the
returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if
returned
in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you,
excluding
any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible.
We
will not accept any return that is not authorized by
Deja-voodoo
first. We cannot accept returns of items damaged after your
receipt,
either by breakage, loss of stones or other parts, by
application
of testing acids or attempts to clean them using improper
methods.
Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7)
days
of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
Your
refund or credit will be issued upon the receipt of the item
in
the same condition as it was shipped to you. Items for return
must
be properly packed, shipped and insured.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY:
- We take extra precautions to pack our
orders
to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your
order
does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all
contents
and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post
Office
to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to
us
for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged
items
back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and
we
will not be able to give you a refund.
